01How much does membership cost?
Membership of Vores Kalundborg is completely free. As a member you receive our newsletter 1–3 times a month and can create events in the calendar.
Supporting memberships with extra benefits start at DKK 120/year — these go 100% toward running the association.
02How do I create an event?
Log in to your member profile and click "Create event" at the top of the events page. Fill in the form with title, date, location and a short description — we usually moderate it within 24 hours.
Are you a shop or association? Write to us and we'll set up a partner profile with more options.
03How does my shop become a partner?
Send an email to butikker@voreskalundborg.dk or use the form above with the subject "Shop partnership". We'll call you back within two business days and arrange a meeting — in person or online.
04Do you moderate content from members?
Yes. All events and shop posts are reviewed manually by a moderator before they go live. We check for typos, spam and relevance to the Kalundborg area.
05Can I volunteer?
Yes — we always need more hands. We're looking for moderators, event planners, photographers and copywriters. Write to frivillig@voreskalundborg.dk and tell us a bit about yourself.
06How do you handle my data?
We follow GDPR and only store what's necessary: name, email and — where relevant — address. We don't share data with third parties and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

07How often is the newsletter sent?
1–3 times a month — depending on how much is happening. Never more than one email per week, and you can unsubscribe with a single click any time.
08Are you part of Kalundborg Municipality?
No — we're an independent, volunteer association. The municipality is one of our partners and provides an annual operating grant, but we are editorially independent and choose our own content and angles.
