What applies and what's included?
How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. You can always check balance and expiry by scanning the QR code on the back of the card.
Can I split the amount across multiple shops?
Yes. You don't have to spend the full amount in one shop — split it across any of the participating Vores Kalundborg shops, with a minimum of DKK 100 per transaction.
What does it cost to buy a gift card?
Minimum amount DKK 100 + DKK 20 issuance fee. Buy online and receive it digitally or print it out — both options are free after the issuance fee.
Is there a warranty and right of complaint?
Yes. Under Danish consumer law you have a 2-year right of complaint on your purchase. The right applies from the day you physically receive the item.
