Caroline S sailing trips – Saturday

Three 1-hour cruises on the fjord aboard the historic coaster Caroline S. Reservations required — maximum 12 passengers per cruise.

About the event

The Caroline S will offer three new cruises on Saturday, May 16. The historic coaster, which served as the festival’s visual landmark on Friday, will set sail again to give even more people the chance to come aboard and experience the fjord from the deck.

Each cruise lasts one hour, and you’ll get a great view of the Kalundborg coast, a chance to chat with the ship’s volunteer crew, and a genuine coaster experience under your feet. It’s the perfect activity for those of you who didn’t get a chance to go on Friday—or for those who just want to go sailing again.

Saturday Sailing Schedule

  • Trip 6: 12:00–13:00 — after lunch
  • Trip 7: 3:30–4:30 PM — afternoon
  • Trip 8: 5:30–6:30 PM — the day’s and the party’s final sail

The final sailing at 5:30 PM marks the end of the party on the water—a gentle return to shore after three days of piracy.

Programme

  • 12:00 p.m.

    Tour 6 - dinner

    Saturday's first sail - perfect after the morning treasure hunt and creative workshop. 1-hour tour, DKK 125 (children DKK 75).

  • 3:30 p.m.

    Tour 7 - afternoon

    Afternoon tour after the Caroline S choir sings at 14:30 - walk directly from the deck to the quay and onto the water.

  • 5:30 p.m.

    Trip 8 - the last voyage of the party

    Last sailing in Sørøverfest 2026 - a soft landing after three days of piracy. 1-hour trip like the others.
