Sørøverfest kicks off at the swimming pool—crocodile relay races, underwater missions, and five hours of water fun for the whole family.
On Thursday, May 14, the Sørøverfest drops anchor at the swimming pool. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the pool will be transformed into a miniature fjord complete with crocodiles, treasure chests, and water-based missions—the perfect kickoff to three days of festivities in Kalundborg.
Pirate Day is open to anyone who wants to jump in—young and old, seasoned swimmers and those just digging out their swimsuits after winter. The swimming pool staff is ready with competitions, underwater missions, and plenty of wet fun all day long.
It’s the most active way to kick off the first day of the festival, and it’s a great activity for families who want to start their vacation or weekend with some exercise, play, and a great atmosphere. Drop by whenever you like—there’s no registration, and you just pay the regular admission fee for the swimming pool.
Bring your bravest pirate attitude—the crocodiles aren’t easily intimidated.
Five hours where the pool becomes a miniature fjord - crocodile cape swimming, underwater missions, competitions and wet laughs for the whole family.
